    American Specialty Health Fitness offers a significant opportunity for fitness centers, Fitness Studios and YMCAs to participate in fitness network programs reaching millions of members across the country through participating health and employer groups. ASH Fitness has a variety of programs for you to choose from. Please see the below descriptions for a short overview of each program.


    The Silver&Fit and Active&Fit Programs allow eligible members to access contracted fitness centers/YMCAs through participating health plans and employer groups. Members have access to any classes or amenities that do not require an extra fee. The Silver&Fit Program is available to Medicare health plan eligible members. The Active&Fit Program is available to commercial health plan eligible members and employer groups   ages 18 - 64.

  • AFTER YOU ARE CONTRACTED…
    You will receive a Welcome Letter via mail which includes:

    • Your login credentials for our ASHLink portal to view your Welcome Packet
    • Window decals
